On July 20, Hebei Remei Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. welcomed distinguished guests - an international delegation from around the world. In recent years, China has placed increasing emphasis on plastic pollution control, becoming one of the first countries to establish a systematic plastic pollution management framework.

Particularly since 2020, through documents like the "Notice on Solidly Advancing Plastic Pollution Control," China has developed a plastic recycling system based on principles of scientific restrictions, orderly collection, comprehensive recycling, and shared responsibility.

Driven by strong social responsibility to reduce plastic pollution and develop a circular economy, Hebei Remei Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. was established with the corporate mission of "Creating a Better Life Through Recycling," specializing in R&D and production of food-grade recycled high-density polyethylene (RHDPE) plastic pellets.

With robust financial strength and exceptional R&D capabilities, Remei has rapidly become a leader in China's RHDPE pellet sector.

Led by General Manager Li Junjiang, the delegation toured Remei's corporate culture exhibition hall, production workshops, and laboratories. Mr. Li detailed how waste plastic bottles are transformed into food-grade plastic pellets through Remei's recycling process.

The delegation was particularly impressed by Remei's clean facilities, advanced equipment, comprehensive processes, superior product quality, innovative business model, and especially its groundbreaking "bottle-to-bottle" closed-loop recycling technology.

Remei's Dingzhou plant represents a 120 million yuan investment across 40,200 square meters, featuring 15 internationally advanced crushing, washing and pelletizing production lines with annual output of 100,000 tons of RHDPE pellets worth 575 million yuan.

Additionally, Remei operates an independent polymer materials research center, collaborating with several renowned domestic universities. The company has applied for over 40 patents and developed proprietary recycled pellet production lines.

As both the world's largest plastic producer/consumer and leading plastic recycler, China recycles over 45% of global plastic waste. In 2021, China's material utilization rate reached 31% - 1.74 times the global average - with total plastic recycling output value hitting 105 billion yuan.

As an exemplary Chinese plastic recycler, Remei not only demonstrated advanced recycling technologies to international visitors but also showcased its commitment and capability to reduce "white pollution" and protect the environment.

Beyond technological R&D and production, Remei actively responds to national initiatives, exploring new circular economy models while integrating upstream and downstream supply chains. The company continues increasing recycling rates and has established a recycled plastics ecosystem serving over 100 million people in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Moving forward, Remei remains committed to its mission of "Creating a Better Life Through Recycling," taking social responsibility to promote green, circular and sustainable development in plastic recycling. The company will continue contributing to China's carbon peak and neutrality goals while reducing plastic pollution and protecting our environment.
